Terms and conditions

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will get an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing the order.

 

Your order will be dispatched within 1–3 working days after placing the order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse.

 

All orders are shipped in a single delivery, if possible. If a product you order is temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will notify you immediately. In such cases, the product can be delivered separately once available.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which have to be paid before you receive the goods.

Kiddow cannot control this and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package.

 

BROKEN OR MISSING ITEMS DURING SHIPMENT

The seller is responsible for the products during transport, e.g. if the product is lost or damaged. This is why it is recommended to check the package condition and check for any damage when the shipment is collected. If an item is damaged during transportation, please make a claim immediately to the post office. Please also contact us, so that we can agree on a new delivery of the product.

 

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES OR RETURNED GOODS 


Shipping costs for uncollected packages or returned goods will not be paid by Kiddow Oy.
